Our products ship from Alexandria, VA. We ask that you allow 7-10 business days for orders within the US and 10-14 days for international orders.

Some orders are eligible for expedited shipping. However, because many of our orders are customized, you will need to contact us via email at visionsallowed@gmail.com for this request.

We understand that things may happen. Unfortunately , we do not offer refunds. We only offer store credit for damaaged products only.
